Hey guys. Here in Canada its our federal election which takes place every five years or untill the rest of the government looses faith in the ruling party. Pretty intense happenings we have a majority goverment from the Conservatives (want to make things more like america) with the NDP (workers party) being the official opposition. Currently there is even a Green Party (environmental party) leading in a riding! Politics is best when it's exciting!
if you're interested in whats happening check out this link and if you're canadian tell me what you think of the Conservative majority, the downfall of the Liberals and the Block, the surprises of the Green and the M Night twist of the NDP!
im so happy with how much more knowledgeable you make me!:)
ReplyDeletewow man 5 years, that seems a little long...i thought 4 years here in aus was a bit much
ReplyDeletegood luck with the elections!
ReplyDeleteHere in the Philippines we have our election every 6 years
ReplyDeleteI'm happy for a majority government in any way it can be achieved, but I'm unhappy with the Conservatives winning it. Many of the ideals the conservatives have I agree with, but, last I checked, they don't have a solid plan for the future of net neutrality, bandwidth caps or reducing the power of the CRTC with regards to internet issues. This will, unfortunately, continue to stunt the growth of the Canadian technology sector and reduce the quality of life in Canada.
ReplyDeleteConservatives won majority...
